Cheese, grapes, candied nuts, dried fruits with artisan crackers and breads

Mediterranean mezzanine platters with alder smoked Alaska
salmon spread, Tahini chickpeas hummus, roasted peppers,
Tabbouleh, diced onions, cucumber, Feta cheese, caper, marinated olives with Artesian crackers and breads

-BLONDE-
Crisp and refreshing, our Blonde ale has a light straw color. The
malt body is light and is complimented by a mild Cascade hop aroma and a smooth creamy finish. Premium two row barley from the Pacific Northwest lets this beer shine.
Alcohol: 4.76% by volume. BUs 15.

“Rail Car” passed
Mozzarella Heirloom Tomato Skewer
Cocktail Shrimp Skewers

-FAIR-ly Hazy Dayz IPA-
Aromas of Valencia orange and lemon leap out of this hazy IPA
with a generous amount of malted oats lending a silky mouthfeel.
Double dry-hopped with over two pounds per barrel of Simcoe, Mosaic and Citra.
Alcohol: 7.1% by volume. BU’s: 6

–Round the Bend–

– Beets and Blue –
Spinach arugula blend, shaved onion, cream garlic dressing, roasted golden beets, blue cheese, port soaked cranberry, pistachio, balsamic

– RASPBERRY WHEAT –
An unfiltered wheat beer loaded with 210 pounds of real red
raspberries. Tart and satiating, this beer is red in color and
boasts fruity flavors of – what else – red raspberries. Low bitterness, refreshing, and smooth.
Alcohol: 4.7% by volume. BUs 12.

– Butter Schnitzel –
Breaded pork loin, mushroom sauce, braised Alaskan cabbage, Yukon gold potatoes

-OKTOBERFEST 2025-
This festive beer is medium bodied, sweet, malty, and supremely smooth. The color is a brilliant dark copper. The beer was brewed using only the finest German Pilsner and Munich malts along with very subtle German hops.
Alcohol: 5.4% by volume. BUs: 15.

-Alder Smoked Lamb Chops-
Rotisserie smoked lamb rack, oven roasted root vegetable and greens, lamb demi-glace.

-SMOKED PORTER-
Deep, dark, and well-rounded flavors abound. With medium body, low bitterness, and velvet mouth feel, this black beauty is sure to please. North West Pale malt was used along with roast malt, crystal malts and Smoked malt.
Alcohol: 4.7% by volume. BUs: 35

–Back to the Depot–

-Warm Rustic Apple and Pear Strudel-
Salted caramel and vanilla ice-cream

-2025 PEERLESS BOURBON AGED EISBOCK-
This beer is big, malty, slightly fruity, and high in alcohol. The
higher alcohol is a result of the icing process where a portion of
the water is frozen and removed from the beer. This one spent time in Peerless Bourbon barrels. Look for great bourbon and vanilla notes from the wood. Brilliant dark ruby red in color. Served in a snifter.
Alcohol: 11.2% by volume. BU’s: 26

-NA Option-
-ROOTBEER-
Hand crafted in small batches using only the finest ingredients. A “small non-alcoholic beer” with big flavors. Enjoy!
